Abstract
This presentation will describe the Zephyr Foundation to Advance Travel Analysis Methods, which will be incorporated in 2017. The mission of the Zephyr Foundation is to advance rigorous transportation and land use decision-making for the public good by advocating for, facilitating, and supporting improved travel analysis and forecasting methods. This lighting talk will touch on the history and motivation leading up to Zephyr's formation, the Zephyr governance and structure, and how members of the community can get involved in working on, benefiting from, or suggesting projects that Zephyr undertakes.
